BD Girlfriends, Do You Have Any?

I'm sure there may be some of you who will read this who won't remember what "historic event" I'm about to talk about.  Back in the 90's there was "breaking news."  There was a news helicopter following a white Ford Bronco (this was a 2 door suv for you youngsters) down the 405 in Los Angeles, with police cars chasing it.  It was BIG news because inside this white Bronco was the famous athlete, O. J. Simpson.  O. J.'s ex-wife and her boyfriend were discovered brutally murdered and O. J.  was the suspect.  His "bestie" Al Cowlings was driving O. J. to, well, I don't know where, but that's not the point.  The point is, O. J. called Al, his best buddy after he had murdered, oops, allegedly murdered, these two innocent people.

So my question to you is, when you are in trouble or when you receive news that is earth shattering in a good or bad way, who do you call?  Who would drive your white SUV as you; run from the law (let's hope not), get the results from a biopsy, go looking for your lost teen or adult child, go to your loved one sick or dying in the E.R., or when you find out your spouse has been cheating on you?  These types of friends are precious and priceless.

God is so good to me, I have many amazing "Bronco driving girlfriends," and a few guy friends as well.  As I look back to where I met many of them, it was through Mary Kay Cosmetics.  Maybe it is because I have been with this awesome company for so long or possibly because of the weekend events that help foster amazing friendships, probably a little of both.  No matter the reason, I am certainly blessed.  I just want to mention by initials, some of my BDG; from Mary Kay;  JH, KR, LM, LS, SK, CW, & GH.  From Bible Study Fellowship, LS, SN, AS, CW, JC, & SH.  Friends I have met through my children; ABS, SW, & BB.  Friends from LL,  LD & BO
